Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group seeks a Total Rewards, Compensation & Payroll Manager for its Smyrna, TN corporate office. The role leads payroll operations, manages core compensation programs, and partners with HR, Finance, and global stakeholders to modernize and optimize total rewards globally.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and substantial payroll/compensation experience, with a mindset for process improvement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll/compensation experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in multi-country or multinational contexts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxation, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for designated populations and pay cycles.
• Oversee compensation programs, merit planning, and incentive design.
• Coordinate global payroll and benefits in collaboration with in-country partners.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Develop communications, training, and governance for compensation programs.
• Drive process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
