Ideal Tridon is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the Corporate Human Resources Team either in Smyrna, TN or Auburn Hills, MI. You will manage accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for assigned employee populations, reviewing inputs, time and attendance, and deductions while supporting audits and quarter- and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of payroll administration or closely related payroll processing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state, multi-location, manufacturing, or distributed workforces preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS, payroll platform, and time and attendance system required; experience with system implementations or process changes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, enter, review, and validate payroll data for regular, off-cycle, correction, bonus, commission, and final payrolls.
• Review time and attendance records, new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes, retroactive adjustments, and direct-deposit information for accuracy.
• Process or support garnishments, child support orders, levies, benefit deductions, retirement contributions, and other deductions.
• Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, approval records, processing documentation, and employee payroll files.
