Job summary

Brady Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Fort Mill, SC to lead global compensation and total rewards programs. You will partner with leadership to design programs, manage merit and bonus processes in Workday, and drive analytics to inform strategy and policy decisions.

You will collaborate with HR partners worldwide, use Payfactors for benchmarking, and stay ahead of pay equity regulations while supporting mergers and acquisitions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation or financial analysis experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation activities including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and market benchmarking.
• Manage annual merit and bonus processes and maintain compensation structures.
• Generate KPI and turnover reports for decision-making and partner with HRIS for process improvements.
