Job summary

You will partner with leadership to design programs and manage the annual merit and bonus cycle in Workday, while overseeing compensation structures and delivering insights through in-depth analysis.

You will collaborate with HR business partners worldwide, utilize Payfactors for benchmarking, and support salary surveys, executive reviews, and comprehensive KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of compensation or financial analysis experience with advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all compensation activities: job evaluations, salary recommendations, and compensation structure development.
• Lead annual merit and bonus process in Workday and coordinate merit budgets.
