You will drive compensation programs, job evaluations, and annual merit/bonus processes in Workday, partnering with HR and leadership worldwide to deliver accurate, compliant total rewards insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of compensation/analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and a solution-oriented approach to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation or financial analysis experience with advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Lead compensation activities, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and audits of pay structures.
• Collaborate on strategic development of new compensation programs and policies.
• Lead annual merit and bonus process in Workday; coordinate merit budgets and payout communications.
