Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of solid B2B sales experience in a telecom arena with collocation and data transit experience.
• Proven track record of quota attainment in direct hunting sales.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within a prescribed Regional Sales Territory through hunting and prospecting across global markets.
• Qualify and generate opportunities by engaging key decision makers via calls and emails.
• Conduct onsite meetings when needed to advance deals and close revenue.
• Position Cogent services for connectivity solutions leveraging the global network footprint.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and tailor solutions.
