Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced Operations Leader for its Global Derivatives business, overseeing administrative systems, budgets, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Derivatives Heads, Office Heads, and corporate departments to optimize processes, manage data integrity in Salesforce/SharePoint, and drive efficiency across finance, IT, and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in business operations or management, ideally within financial services, capital markets, or a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting trading, treasury, or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus; familiarity with corporate functions (Accounting, Finance, HR) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate business activities; drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Support budget preparation and monthly business reviews.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers; ensure data integrity in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with IT for equipment provisioning and system access; assist with service tickets.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and supervisory policy adherence.
