Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Leader for Technical Issue Resolution to drive identification, prioritization, escalation, and closure of complex issues affecting fleet reliability and customer operations.

You will collaborate with Regional Service Units, Engineering, Product Management, Field Service, Repair, and Supply Management to resolve critical 60Hz frame fleet issues, focusing on the latest 9HL and 5F platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Significant experience in Gas Turbines.
Strategic thinker who connects technical resolution to business objectives.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Calm and decisive under pressure.
Skilled at driving alignment across diverse teams and organizations.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead prioritization and escalation of critical fleet issues.
Coordinate cross-functional resolution discussions with Engineering, Product Management, Regional Service Units, Field Service, Repair, and Supply Management.
Engage with customers and senior leadership, providing updates on issue status, mitigation plans, and recovery progress.
Drive technical and business decision-making during escalations and remove roadblocks.
Review root cause analysis and fleet trends to identify systemic risks and improvements.
Improve service reliability and customer trust.
Accelerate cross-organizational execution and reduce risk.
Strengthen long-term frame reliability and operational excellence.
