Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Fleet Reliability Operations to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of vehicle issues across worldwide fleets.

You will lead teams responsible for intake, triage, root-cause analysis, and coordinated rollout of fixes, balancing development and production needs. In this role you will build cross-region teams, define playbooks, ensure data-driven diagnostics, manage SLAs, and partner with engineering to land durable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
• 10+ years experience working with automotive hardware and software
• 5+ years leading technical teams across multiple regions/time zones/vehicle programs
• Experience owning a reliability, triage, or service function with a formal escalation and root cause process
• Experience owning an engineering change or configuration control process
• Experience building tooling or dashboards that improve operational efficiency for technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with hardware reliability and testing
• Experience with AV components (LiDAR, RADAR, Cameras, etc.)
• Working fluency with Linux-based vehicle software
• Comfort working in fleet telemetry and log data to diagnose issues remotely
• Strong hands-on debugging ability, and a willingness to work on the vehicle, on the command line, and in the data yourself

Responsibilities

• Lead global fleet reliability across multiple programs — end-to-end lifecycle of vehicle issues from report to landed fix
• Own triage across development and production fleets and build playbooks for first-touch resolution
• Own root cause analysis and engineering change management with permanent fixes
• Own the validation gates that return a vehicle to service and ensure proper data is attached
• Build and lead cross-regional teams, liaise across operations/engineering/PM
• Own fleet uptime and reporting with dashboards and metrics
