Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Senior Service Engineering Manager to direct multiple engineering teams supporting LTSA and service operations. You will govern technical risk, develop talent, and align resources with fleet reliability and business goals.

Leadership in global engineering coordination, safety, and design improvements is essential as you drive 24/7 support and strategic initiatives across gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and related systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
15+ years of engineering experience and 7+ years of leadership experience.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams supporting field operations and customer service.
Executive leadership, strategic planning, and talent development.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Service Engineering organizations through subordinate managers and technical leaders.
Establish engineering strategy, objectives, and priorities aligned with service operations and fleet reliability.
Ensure 24/7 engineering support capability through organization design and staffing.
Mentor engineering managers and high-potential employees; conduct regular talent reviews.
Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering governance.
