Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Fleet Reliability Operations to lead end-to-end issue management for vehicle fleets worldwide. You will oversee triage, root cause analysis, and engineering changes, coordinating with engineering, build, and integration teams to land fixes across the fleet.

You will manage development and production fleets, define intake and playbooks, and drive escalation quality while staying hands-on with data, logs, and vehicle

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years experience in automotive hardware and software.
• 5+ years leading technical teams across multiple regions/time zones/vehicle programs.
• Experience owning a reliability, triage, or service function with formal escalation.
• Experience owning an engineering change or configuration control process.
• Experience building tooling or dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with hardware reliability and testing.
• Experience with AV components (LiDAR, RADAR, Cameras).
• Fluent in Linux-based vehicle software; read logs and diagnose issues remotely.
• Comfort working with fleet telemetry and operator logs to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead global fleet reliability across multiple programs from report to landed fleet-wide fix.
• Own triage across development and production fleets with defined intake and staffing models.
• Own root cause analysis and engineering change management for permanent fixes.
• Own validation gates to ensure vehicles are ready before rejoining service and set escalation quality standards.
• Build and lead a cross-regional team of engineers and contract staff.
• Own fleet uptime and reporting with tooling for daily health and trend analysis.
