Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) in gas turbine development.
• 5–10+ years of experience in gas turbine operation.
• Protection philosophy with risk management, prevention and compliance.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine auxiliary systems and interfaces.
• Global leadership with stakeholder influence and cross-functional alignment.
• Agile / LEAN mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating and protection strategy for Siemens Energy’s 9000HL fleet, ensuring safe, reliable performance.
• Partner with experts to develop next-generation operating solutions for flexibility and efficiency.
• Lead prototype validation from concept to execution, delivering projects on time and budget.
• Turn fleet data into action by identifying trends and deploying enhancements across the global 9HL fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering teams worldwide to meet product requirements and customer expectations.
• Help bring new technologies to market by supporting product launches and portfolio success.
