Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Global Fleet Reliability Operations to lead end-to-end lifecycle of vehicle issues across programs worldwide.

You will own triage, root cause analysis, and engineering change management, coordinating with build and integration teams to land fixes across fleets. You will build and scale teams across regions, set validation gates, and ensure fleet uptime against program targets.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years experience working with automotive hardware and software.
• 5+ years leading technical teams across regions, time zones, or vehicle programs.
• Experience owning a reliability, triage, or service function with a formal escalation and root cause process.
• Experience owning an engineering change or configuration control process.
• Experience building tooling or dashboards that improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with hardware reliability and testing.
• Experience with AV components (LiDAR, RADAR, Cameras, etc.).
• Working fluency with Linux-based vehicle software and reading system logs.
• Ability to diagnose remotely using telemetry and logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global fleet reliability across multiple programs and end-to-end lifecycle of vehicle issues.
• Own triage across development and production fleets with defined intake, tooling, and staffing.
• Own root cause analysis and engineering change management for permanent fixes.
• Own validation gates returning a vehicle to service with data-backed decisions.
• Build and lead a multi-region team, coordinating with operations, engineering and PM.
• Ensure fleet uptime and provide reporting on daily health and weekly trends.
