Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to lead client onboarding for North America. You will guide technical consultation, manage multiple implementation projects, and ensure excellent onboarding experiences for universities, healthcare, and corporate partners.

Ideal candidates bring fluency in English and Spanish, strong API/JS familiarity, and a proven track record in delivery-driven roles. This position offers growth within a global fintech team and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation or related field.
• Experience with system integrations and project methods.
• Strong client-facing and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience implementing or configuring software, payment focus preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs or JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on Flywire platform products including APIs and payments.
• Lead multiple client implementation projects to success.
• Run workshops and client syncs through stages.
• Provide post-implementation support (Hyper-care).
• Ensure product fits client needs and offers smooth experience.
• Create and maintain product docs with Product teams.
• Drive improvements in tools, processes and methods.
• Relay client feedback to Product teams for roadmap input.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with clients.
