Flywire is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager II (Bilingual Spanish/English) to lead client integrations and onboarding across North America. You will guide Discovery through Go-live, advise on APIs and payment solutions, and drive workshops with clients. Strong client-facing and technical skills are essential.

The role blends project management with hands-on technical consultation, ensuring a smooth customer experience and value delivery for education, healthcare, travel, and B2B clients.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years in technical support, consulting, implementation, or professional services.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs; familiarity with payments tech preferred.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go-live for client implementations.
• Consult on implementing Flywire platform products including APIs and Payment Checkouts.
• Serve as SME, guiding multiple client projects to successful execution.
• Run workshops and client syncs; provide post-implementation support.
• Match products and integrations to client needs; drive process improvements.
• Document product knowledge; relay feedback to Product teams.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support.
