Job summary

Paymentology Ltd. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for client implementations, optimisations, and ongoing support in a globally scaled payments environment.

You will guide technical integration, work with engineering teams, and drive value through best practices, performance improvements, and proactive monitoring for multinational banks and fintechs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of payments and banking as a service; proven expertise in payment data management.
• ISO 8583 knowledge.
• 8–10 years of experience managing enterprise clients across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers as the primary technical contact.
• Conduct regular meetings to review needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on implementation and optimisation of solutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues with cross-functional teams.
• Act as Voice of the Client within Paymentology’s technical support, Product and Engineering teams.
• Deliver strategic guidance on best practices and product usage to enhance performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ technical infrastructure and system efficiency.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Ensure customers are fully enabled to use Paymentology products and services effectively.
