Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for key roles across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

This hybrid/remote US-based position focuses on building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to align on role needs and timelines. You will source through multiple channels, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives.
