Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the Americas from a hybrid/remote U.S. base. You will manage end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to drive cross-functional TA initiatives.

The role offers exposure to a global semiconductor organization with opportunities to work across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and to contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/electronic components is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with ATS systems; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP

What you would be doing:

• 3-5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Proactive sourcing mindset
• Stakeholder communication and coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
