Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Virtual-Talent Acquisition Partner Consultant (Technical) in the United States to drive end-to-end technical recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and optimize supplier relationships. You will manage the full lifecycle from requisition to invoicing while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in technical recruiting, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3+ years of strong technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to research and gather data to optimize resources.
• Excellent communication to partner with stakeholders.
• Adapts to new work structures, processes or cultures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with supplier management and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the requisition process from requisition to invoicing.
• Consult with hiring managers on approach and cost controls for quality resources.
• Build and optimize supplier relationships to drive performance.
• Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement to leadership.
• Assist with supplier performance reviews and program reporting.
• Handle other duties/projects as assigned.
