Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a global semiconductor organization. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia in a hybrid/remote US-based setup.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of recruitment experience; semiconductors experience is a plus. You will contribute to regional TA projects and drive a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/electronic components is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with ATS systems, Workday is a plus.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.

What you would be doing:

What you will bring along:
