Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring strategy for your teams, from defining the profile of a great hire to building the sourcing plan.
• Partner with engineering managers, tech leads, and product leaders to understand what they're building and shape a rigorous process.
• Build proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines reflecting the talent market and Via’s future needs.
• Run fast, thoughtful recruiting processes that give candidates a best-in-class experience.
• Develop a sharp point of view on the technical talent market and raise the bar on how we hire.
