Qualifications
- 5-10 years of strategic advisory experience in technology organizations.
- Proven ability to lead HR Business Partner teams for tech divisions.
- Experience designing agile structures for technology teams.
- Track record developing leadership pipelines for technical talent.
- Skilled collaborator across HR Centers of Excellence and technology functions.
- Expertise in performance calibration for tech roles.
Responsibilities
- Advise C-Suite executives on strategic organizational architecture.
- Lead and inspire a global team of HR Business Partners.
- Co-create adaptable frameworks with Centers of Excellence.
- Manage executive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Enhance alignment between technology-focused roles and talent strategies.
- Drive performance metrics specific to technology teams.
- Lead change management initiatives in fast-paced technology environments.
