Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related areas.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Technology, or Digital teams in high-growth tech.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes through people strategies.
• Experience leading transformations, digital and operating model evolutions.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent coaching, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Business acumen and systems thinking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consumer Engineering leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy.
• Influence decisions with workforce data and market intelligence.
• Lead organizational design and evolving operating models to support growth.
• Develop workforce planning aligned to business priorities and long-term health.
• Collaborate to build high-performing teams through talent strategy and leadership development.
• Assess capabilities and identify skill gaps for tech roadmap.
• Advise on AI, automation, and emerging tech implications for workforce.
• Help leaders adopt AI-enabled ways of working to boost productivity.
• Drive change management, org redesigns, and growth programs.
• Use people analytics to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Work with HR functions to deliver integrated people strategies.
