Job summary
ADP is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Global Product and Technology to act as a strategic HR leader. You will partner with the Chief Product and Data Officer and senior stakeholders to align talent and organization strategies with business priorities in a complex global tech environment.
You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy while advancing AI readiness and leadership capability across product, data, and AI domains.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR business partner experience.
- Experience leading teams in direct and matrixed environments globally.
- Proven success supporting product, technology, digital, data, AI, or similarly technical organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Strategic HR Partner to senior technology leaders, translating business strategy into talent plans.
- Lead organizational design priorities and strategic workforce planning across client groups.
- Shape talent strategy and workforce readiness to meet evolving business needs and macro trends.
- Enable AI readiness by partnering with COEs on skills and leadership changes.
- Coach and develop leaders across the technology organization to improve effectiveness.
- Lead performance and talent discussions and drive succession planning.
- Advance a forward-looking HR agenda with skill-based thinking and data-informed decisions.
