Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced On-site Deployment Lead to manage end-to-end hardware deployments for partner requests, activations, and events. You will design solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own the project plan from scope to execution.

You will serve as the primary on-site escalation point, oversee setup/test/breakdown, and ensure high-quality delivery within time and budget. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical deployments or large-scale event technology.
• Experience as on-site technical escalation point for high-visibility deployments.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems with both software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake for partner hardware requests and design technical/logistics solutions.
• Manage multiple deployments with milestones, staffing, and run-of-show schedules.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, logistics, IT, networking, and event teams.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for deployments, perform setup, testing, and break-down.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement across deployment lifecycle.
