Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordination Lead to own back-of-house device operations for large-scale events, including provisioning, inventory, and on-site distribution support. You will collaborate with partners and VIP guests, ensuring smooth execution from warehouse to event to return.

This role requires hands-on hardware expertise, experience with live activations, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally, with a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, and device operations.
• Proven ability to support live events with tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; VIP-facing experience.
• Proficient in warehouse/inventory systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device provisioning, sourcing, firmware updates, and packaging.
• Lead inventory readiness and post-event reconciliation.
• Coordinate shipping, scheduling, and on-site fault management.
• Provide on-site hardware support and quick issue resolution.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders; maintain event run-of-show.
• Travel to events as needed; support 3+ events/month.
