Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the US seeks a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair, fiber deployment, and 24/7/365 operations. You will diagnose, repair, and escalate issues across server, storage, and network hardware, using CLI tools and leading a team of field technicians.

This role requires travel up to 10% domestically and rotation shifts. You will ensure SLA adherence, maintain documentation, and drive operational excellence while mentoring staff and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on data center experience.
• 5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of people management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong CLI-based tooling proficiency (Cisco CLI, Linux/Unix shell, iDRAC, iLO).
• Experience diagnosing and repairing fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based technical teams to meet SLA-driven targets.
• Monitor workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Oversee ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide mentorship to junior technicians and enforce safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for upgrades and maintenance windows.
