Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Lead to drive day-to-day operations, run and repair work, safety, and reporting across multiple sites in the United States. You'll oversee rack installations, Fiber Span repair, and optical repair activities, assigning action items and managing timelines to satisfy EOS and client expectations.

The role requires travel to different sites, strong leadership, and a proven track record in enterprise network deployments, automation, and service

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating global technical teams and enterprise network deployments.
• Strong understanding of routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver data center and network installation projects on schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for ongoing collaboration.
• Oversee resource allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement rigorous quality controls to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
