Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating sales contracts and other commercial documents.
• Reviewing teaming agreements, NDAs, subcontractor agreements for public sector deals.
• Negotiating federal, state, local and education contracts; with resellers as needed.
• Advising cross-functional teams on contract matters.
• Applying Akamai policies consistently and supporting department performance.
