Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking Counsel for its Global Legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts and other commercial documents with customers and partners worldwide, supporting both commercial and public sector engagements.
The role requires a JD, active U.S. citizenship, and experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills are essential, with security clearance considered a plus.
