You will counsel senior leaders, guide crisis and issues communications, and drive AI-enabled workflows while coordinating with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec to deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or strategic communications within financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise technology communications strategy.
• Provide executive communications counsel for senior technology leaders.
• Lead technology crisis and issues communications with cross-functional coordination.
• Governance: chair narrative council and ensure integrated storytelling across stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders and align priorities across the matrixed organization.
• Own KPIs, budget, vendor relationships, and talent development.
