Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications, Digital & Enterprise Transformation, to translate complex technology priorities into compelling narratives for employees, leaders and external audiences.

You will partner with Digital & Enterprise Transformation leaders and communications teams across a global matrix, shaping content, engagement experiences and narrative delivery that demonstrates business value and transformation progress.

Qualifications

• Six years of corporate communications experience, with experience supporting enterprise transformation, organizational change, technology initiatives or other complex business priorities.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies for global audiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience counseling senior leaders and developing executive communications and leadership content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies for Digital & Enterprise Transformation initiatives, including major technology rollouts, AI adoption and organizational change.
• Create and deliver communications materials, including messaging, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, leadership materials and employee communications.
• Plan and execute change communications for significant transformation initiatives, working with stakeholders to address communications needs throughout implementation.
• Advise leaders on communications and messaging and develop executive communications that support key business and transformation priorities.
• Identify and develop stories that demonstrate transformation progress and business value for internal and external channels.
• Plan and execute employee and leadership engagement, including town halls, leadership meetings, campaigns and recognition programs.
• Coordinate communications across teams and channels to ensure messaging is timely, consistent and aligned.
• Measure communications effectiveness using employee feedback, channel analytics and business insights, and apply AI and emerging tools to improve productivity, relevance and impact.
