• Experience developing enterprise-wide communications that support transformation and change.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI and risk topics with ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications, engagement and marketing strategies for CT’s top-priority initiatives.
• Advise CT and G&I leadership on executive communications and change programs.
• Develop messaging frameworks and narratives aligned with CT and EY priorities.
• Drive issues, incident and special-project communications with timely stakeholder engagement.
• Establish success metrics using audience insights and performance data.
• Provide strategic counsel on transformations and risk-related communications.
