Job summary
Omnicom Group seeks a Head of Global Technology to guide AI-powered transformation across our global operations. Reporting to the Global COO, you will align operational tech, development teams, and client solutions to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide platforms.
You will lead global delivery, mentor studios, and drive architecture choices while partnering with Client Solutions to turn complex concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership within the agency or creative production space.
- Deep understanding of modern software development life cycles and enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience leading AI and workflow automation initiatives.
- Strong client-facing communication with executives and stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed development teams across regions.
Responsibilities
- Global Tech Delivery: Direct and coordinate technology delivery across all international regions.
- Client & Operational Tech Leadership: Serve as the primary client-facing tech lead translating concepts into business value.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Client Solutions to deliver bespoke client tech solutions.
- Team & Studio Tech Operations: Lead global development teams managing architecture, maintenance, and implementation.
- AI & Automation Transformation: Drive AI-driven automation and scale new technologies.
- Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure tools align with Omnicom’s global product and tech strategy.
