Job summary

AXA XL seeks a Senior HRBP for Global Tech & AI to partner with senior leaders, shaping the workforce for the future across UK, France, or US. The role demands strategic workforce planning, organization design, and deep collaboration with a global HR network to deliver enterprise initiatives.

You’ll report to the Global Head of HR, Technology & AI Office and lead cross-functional efforts across talent, governance, and people-risk for a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Ability to partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Strong executive coaching and credible challenge to leadership.
• Proven track record influencing stakeholders and building trusted partnerships.
• Experience leading change at scale in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning: translate tech & AI strategy into a 2–5 year workforce plan.
• Operating model & organization design: assess profiles, skills, and evolution of work.
• External market orientation: monitor AI talent trends and industry practices.
• Commercial & enterprise acumen: connect tech decisions to business outcomes.
• Data-driven decision making: use skills data and scenarios to guide strategy.
