Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior HRBP for the Global Tech & AI function, partnering with senior leaders to translate strategic ambitions into workforce requirements. This role shapes organization design and capabilities, working across our global HR network to deliver AXA XL people initiatives.

You will report to the Global Head of HR, Technology & AI Office and influence workforce decisions, including skills, location strategy, and governance considerations in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

Strategic partner to senior leaders translating workforce strategy into actions.
Experience building and evolving org design in tech or AI contexts.
Ability to collaborate across global HR networks to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

Translate technology & AI strategy into workforce requirements and programs.
Lead workforce planning and organization design with a 2–5 year horizon.
Engage in market trends to shape talent strategies across regions.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk on governance and ethics in AI workforce.
