Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior HRBP for Global Tech & AI to partner with senior leaders and translate strategy into workforce plans. You will shape the organization and build capabilities across a 3-country footprint including the US, UK, and France, collaborating across the global HR network.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, Technology & AI Office, you will leverage data, workforce intelligence, and skills data to drive decision making, workforce design, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Strategic workforce planning to translate technology strategy into people and organization plans.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders with credible, data-driven insights.
• Experience partnering across a global HR network for enterprise initiatives.
• Strong change leadership capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Fluency with AI concepts and technology's impact on talent needs.
