AXA XL in Stamford, CT is seeking a Senior HRBP for Global Tech & AI to partner with senior leaders and translate strategy into workforce requirements across 2–5 year horizon.

Responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning: Translate our technology & AI strategy into a forward‑looking people, organization and workforce agenda, executing our workforce strategy with a core focus on skills and capabilities needed 2–5 years from now.
• Operating model & organization design: Assess profiles and skills to understand our work and outcomes, including build/buy/borrow/automate decisions and the evolving intersection of human talent, automation and AI‑enabled work.
• External market orientation: Actively engage in emerging Tech & AI talent trends, scarce/new skills, competitor practices and evolving workforce models, across all industries alongside Insurance.
• Commercial & enterprise acumen: Understand technology investment, productivity, capacity, location strategy and talent economics while connecting Tech & AI decisions to broader enterprise implications.
• Data‑driven decision making: Use workforce intelligence, skills data and scenario planning to shape decisions and challenge assumptions, moving to predictive analytics to execute our workforce strategy.
