Job summary

AXA XL seeks a senior HR leader to guide a regional/local team, collaborating with Global HRBPs and business partners to drive strategic HR initiatives in the Americas. Expect data-driven HR support, robust reporting, and strong partnerships with leaders across the organization.

You will oversee HR programs, manage lifecycle processes, ensure compliance, maintain org charts, and stay current with HR tools. This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and supports the US HR Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordinating, and executing annual HR programs and initiatives locally.
• Perform day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks including hires, transfers, promotions.
• Deliver timely HR support to employees, managers, and senior HR partners.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records within HR systems.
• Generate reports, analyze basic HR data, and prepare materials for leaders.
• Act as an HRIS expert and stay updated on HR processes and tools.
• Partner with HR team to support org charts and workforce changes.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses for US HR Management Team.
