Job summary
AXA XL is seeking a Senior HRBP for Global Tech & AI to partner with senior leaders and translate strategic ambitions into workforce requirements. This role focuses on workforce planning, organization design, and predictive analytics across a global Tech & AI workforce.
You will collaborate with the Global Head of HR Technology & AI and work across borders to shape the future of work, ensuring the right capabilities, governance, and leadership to enable AXA XL’s transformation and growth.
Qualifications
- Strategic HRBP partnering with senior leaders across Tech & AI function.
- Proven track record in shaping workforce strategy and organization design.
- Strong capability in influencing executives and driving transformation.
- Experience with workforce analytics and data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Translate technology & AI strategy into workforce plans 2–5 years out.
- Assess work profiles and skills for build/buy/borrow/automate decisions.
- Monitor external talent trends and adapt the talent model accordingly.
- Understand technology investments and connect them to talent economics.
- Lead workforce analytics and scenario planning to inform decisions.
