Job summary

TransUnion seeks a Director, HR Business Partners to align people priorities with global technology and analytics goals. You’ll lead international change management, partner with non-U.S. associates, and drive workforce design and capability planning.

You’ll collaborate across HR, regional teams, and senior leaders to ensure effective execution and a strong associate experience in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Global HRBP experience supporting technology, data, or analytics functions.
• Experience leading transformation, organization design, or workforce planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GT leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
• Serve as HR change management lead for international operating model evolution.
• Act as the main HR partner for non-U.S. associates across GT leadership.
• Translate global technology goals into practical people and change plans.
• Coordinate across HR and regional teams to reflect international considerations.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness, leadership, talent decisions, change readiness.
