• 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global account management.
• Experience managing large multinational customers.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and supply chain solutions.
• Executive-level selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and virtual global teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute global growth strategies for multinational customers and maintain development plans.
• Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive volume growth, qualify and convert new opportunities across Air, Ocean, Customs, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Customer Management: Maintain relationships with global procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations executives; conduct business reviews and planning sessions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead virtual teams across countries; coordinate with Product, Operations, Solutions Design, Finance, Implementation, and Regional Sales.
• Sector & Market Development: Monitor industry trends, develop sector strategies, and promote differentiated logistics solutions.
