Job summary

DSV, a leading global transport and logistics provider, seeks a Global Account Director, Technology for Road North America (US/Canada/Mexico) to drive new business with technology, cloud, and semiconductor clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic partnerships, and translate client needs into scalable road transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive experience in road transport logistics.
• Strong business development and consultative selling capability.
• Executive-level communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for technology, cloud, and semiconductor clients across the United States, Mexico, and Canada for the Road division.
• Build a qualified pipeline of new national and cross-border road transport opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, and negotiation.
• Translate complex customer supply chain needs into practical road transport solutions.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, solution design, tender management and other internal stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
• Support account managers during customer visits and opportunity reviews.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates.
