You will guide strategic client engagements, translate complex needs into logistics solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.

Expect to build a strong pipeline, manage executive relationships, and travel across North America to support growth in the Road

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive experience in road transport logistics.
• Ability to collaborate with operations and internal experts to design solutions.
• Strong business development and consultative selling capability with tech clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for technology clients in North America.
• Build a pipeline of road transport opportunities with defined target accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Translate customer supply chain needs into practical road transport solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, solution design, and tender teams to craft proposals.
• Support account managers during visits and opportunity reviews.
