Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Tax Operations leader to drive US and global tax information reporting for financial services clients. You will lead a delivery team, oversee data preparation, reporting and client interactions, and advance process improvements while developing staff in a hybrid work environment.

The role focuses on NRA withholding, FATCA, and cross-border tax operations, with extensive exposure to complex engagements, governance, and cost control in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (see above).
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience or equivalent.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team; manage escalations, data preparation, reporting and filings.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions; monitor KPIs and delivery against deadlines.
• Oversee workloads, quality, utilization and training within the team.
• Ensure standardized processes for tax operations and assist client audits as needed.
• Develop staff and manage engagement economics; mentor team members.
