Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to draft business requirements, process flows and rules matrices.
• Change management and process improvement experience.
• Leadership Experience developing employees.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation, reporting and filings.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure standardized processes and provide training as needed.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation.
• Drive efficiency and quality of deliverables through KPI reporting.
• Manage engagement risk and service quality within budget.
