Job summary

Bain & Company in Dallas seeks a Manager within Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) to partner with hiring managers, the ETR team and HRBPs across the global network. You will help elevate recruitment tools and practices, build pipelines, advise stakeholders, and drive effective hiring across Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR functions.

This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate/in-house environments.
• Agile thinker who can adapt across business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to set and manage expectations.
• Sound judgment and discretion with creativity to adapt to changing needs.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels in the Americas region.
• Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders with innovative recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through established and new channels.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Regularly report recruitment status to leadership, your supervisor and HRBPs.
• Check in with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust accordingly.
• Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature.
• Contribute to ETR team projects and help upgrade shared tools and resources.
• Take on other duties as needed.
• This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 1 day per week.
