Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Recruiting on a 12‑month fixed term contract. The role supports our Experienced Talent Recruiting team across the Americas, partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to raise the bar on recruiting tools and practices.

You will build pipelines, advise stakeholders, and ensure a strong candidate experience while balancing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Hybrid work with in‑office presence required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ recruiting experience in corporate and in‑house environments.
• Agile thinker who adapts quickly across functions.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management and expectation setting.
• Sound judgment, discretion and sensitivity in fast‑paced settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.

Responsabilités

• Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business in the Americas region.
• Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders with innovative strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Report recruitment status to leadership and stakeholders.
