Bain & Company is seeking a Manager, Global Talent Strategy to act as a key operator within the CTO’s organization in the United States. You will manage talent forums, coordinate across regions, and drive strategic projects that reshape how Bain delivers talent services.

The role combines running core business processes with transformation initiatives, requiring strong program management and executive-level communication. A proactive, organized operator will thrive.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience, Bain consulting preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Run-the-Business / Chief of Staff Support (60-70%): Talent Forum Management, agenda setting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Operational Programs: manage hiring exception process end-to-end and innovate with AI tools.
• Change-the-Business / Strategic Project Execution (30-40%): Talent Transformation PMO and future state talent model implementation.
• Ad hoc strategic support and cross-regional coordination across workstreams.
