Bain & Company is seeking a Manager in Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) to partner with hiring managers and HRBPs across a global network. The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, delivering a top-tier candidate experience, and driving recruitment strategy with stakeholders.

Based in the United States with a hybrid model (1 day in-office per week) and salary ranges pegged to regional markets, the role offers a discretionary bonus and comprehensive Bain benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments.
• Agile thinker who moves across functions quickly.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management and setting expectations.
• Sound judgment, discretion and adaptability to changing needs.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for roles across the business for Bain AMERs Region offices (Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR).
• Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders with innovative recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through established and new channels.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Regularly report recruitment status to leadership and HRBPs.
• Check in with stakeholders to assess effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust.
• Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature.
• Contribute to ETR team projects and upgrade tools and resources.
• Take on other duties as needed.
• Role is hybrid with in-office presence at least 1 day per week.
